Please don’t be fooled to think this is a 4-star hotel, because it’s far from it - from the food service and room experience to the staff attitude. If you already made the mistake to reserve here, at least make sure you are not in room 1006. We spent one horrible night in this room where there was a bad, chemical smell. Initially, we thought it was from the air conditioner and we reported it right away and their solution was an air freshener to help with the smell. We couldn’t sleep and woke up with a headache. In the morning we noticed it was coming from the carpet in between the two beds and went to the reception to tell them; they said they will send housekeeping, as the hotel was full and they couldn’t move us in another room. After breakfast we asked if the problem has been solved and the rude front desk manager told us he checked and there was no smell, refusing to come with us to show him exactly where it was coming from even though we insisted. Luckily with the help of Booking we managed to shorten our stay here, but the front manager insisted to give us a hard time until the last minute. Couldn’t regret more booking here in the first place.
Regarding food, there were flies everywhere around it, staff didn’t wear sanitary gloves when handling the dishes, the options weren’t varied and tasteful. Again, not at all what you’d expect from a 4-star hotel and the price shouldn’t justify this. For similar price, we found a much better last minute accommodation.
The rooms are clean, and nice. The food was very good (except for deserts which were really bad, please improve on this side, better to have less options that are tasty). The only inconvenience was that the air conditioning was controlled by the front desk, and all the time we needed to turn it on, or to change the temperature we had to go to the front desk.
Everything was perfect! Very good food, very good staff. Clean rooms, daily cleaning for pools. Special and not expensive massage.
Very nice new rooms. Food was good, but if I stayed longer it may become problem with smaller variety. Staff was kind. It is 10-15 minutes walk to beach.
Rooms are renovated, and they are very good. The rest od the hotel is not very good at all. It's an all-inclusive hotel, but it really isn't worth it. Food is pretty bad, we struggled to find anything good, and decided to go out to a restaurant every other night. Pool area is really worn out, and in urgent need of renovation. Gym is horrible, I wouldn't even know where to start. Wifi works most of the time.
I would definitely skip this hotel, find somewhere else, at least until they renovate the rest of it. I can't believe this is a 4* hotel. In reality, it should really have 2*.
The techno
Music round the pool is extremely loud. Not very relaxing at all. Management aren’t interested
Cons:We found bugs in the bathroom, i really hope they weren’t in the bedroom too. I had food poisoning in the last day, even though the food had a good taste. Beverages were very bad (the beer was ok, though). Broken loungers at the pool. Far from the beach (15 minutes walking and the hotel is kinda on a hill so you have to climb on the way back). The hairdryer is not working properly (no power, it takes a life to dry your hair). The shower head was broken, and the air vent in the bathroom is not working.
Pros: comfy beds and nice bedroom design. We had balcony which was nice even if the view was towards the forest, not the sea. Nice pool, they served brunch every day (pancakes, hotdogs, icecream) and you can ask for beach/ pool towel at the front desk and it’s free. The wifi is free too and it worked in the room and lobby.
The hotel is nice, modern rooms with great view toward the sea if you choose upper floors with sea view. Location is quite far from the beach ( about 12 minutes walking - 1 km)
Food is average, not great but not terrible, drinks also average, the pool is clean and nice. The hotel parking is paid - 10 Leva per day and is quite small. Overall, a nice hotel to chill, but in June or September when the prices are low. It's not worth the prices that they are asking in July and August
